About Alisha

Alisha creates the bulk of the Jewellery and a smattering of the Accessories found at Bibelot. Alisha started creating Jewellery at the age of 13 and has been doing so ever since, the only thing that has changed is the quality of the materials she has chosen to work with.Largely self taught she has always welcomed help and advice from more experienced individuals and the wealth of knowledge shared through books. However her greatest learning and development of her skills has come from trial and error and as she puts it "wasting a lot of metal". Throughout this process Alisha has been able to grow and challenge herself in ways that perhaps a conventional learning environment would not have allowed her to do. Alisha's hope for each item that she creates is that it will become a favored and highly coveted family heirloom to be treasured and worn.

About Harlen

Harlen is the muscle and will also be taking up the 3d model and prototype fabrication aspect. Harlen's background of expertise is in mechanical design, where he was often required to come up with new ideas and design large scale prototypes. He's taken a different turn and has gotten into the jewellery design aspect of things. His keen eye for design and detail has become a welcome and much needed.

About The Jewellery

All items waiting to be discovered at Bibelot have been created with a high degree of attention to care, detail and quality. Whether you have purchased an in-house designed piece of jewellery or a piece from the select collection of designers we carry, we want to ensure that you have purchased and item of quality. We want the customer to know whether they have purchased a $45 dollar pair of earrings or a $1000.00 necklace only the finest materials sourced have been used. Each creation from Bibelot is afforded the respect and care it deserves. We at Bibelot do not believe that an inexpensive piece of jewellery should be one of lesser quality.

Each piece has been created using only the finest materials such as:

• Cultured freshwater, South Sea and Tahitian pearls.
• The finest quality precious and semi-precious gemstones available.

Much of the Jewellery featured at Bibelot are one of kind pieces or have been created in very limited quantities (i.e. maximum of 5).

We at Bibelot have made it our mission to provide you with above and beyond customer service. Whether it be a late night delivery for that last minute gift or opening up our boutique outside of business hours. We want you to feel that you are valued member of the Bibelot family.

• We accept Cash, Debit, Visa and MasterCard. If you are looking to make a purchase online we also accept PayPal.
• We accept return or exchanges for merchandise credit within 7 days from purchase. Please note there are some items not eligible for return or exchange such as: earrings due to sanitary and health reasons, custom design and bespoke orders
• Any item found at Bibelot can be adjusted and/ or modified, in some instances we are able to adjust the item on the spot. If it is a minor adjustment such as ring sizing, or shortening or a small lengthening job, this service is usually complimentary. If the adjustment required more involved adjustment fees may apply* (the approximate cost of work to be done will always be discussed prior to commencement).
• The certificate of authenticity is your way of knowing that you have purchased or received an original Bibelot product. This also serves as your warranty as well and can be presented with your jewellery for complimentary repairs and cleaning services. It also serves as a guide for us =, if in the even you happened to have lost one earring, this will assist us in making you another. In the even you have lost the entire piece of Jewellery we are able to recreate this piece of Jewellery for you at the same price you originally paid. Think of it as a guarantee and recipe card all in one!
